Branch Relationship Executive

Bank Relationship Officer

• will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with partner banks, financial institutions, and other strategic partners. Their primary goal will be to enhance the company's visibility, drive business growth, expand the customer base by actively prospecting for new clients and ensure service delivery to clients through effective collaboration with banking partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expand the customer base by actively prospecting for new clients by cultivating strong relationships with partner banks, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

•  Educate potential prospects about the company, its products, and services.

•  Act as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between Geojit Financial Services LTD. and its banking partners.

•  Identify and explore opportunities for collaboration and business expansion with partner banks. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint initiatives, promotional campaigns, and other strategies to drive business growth.

• Collect leads by maintaining relationship with banks.

•  Ensure a constant relation with partner banks to generate leads effectively and propose promotional campaigns for the same.

•   Update the leads on the CRM with the respective branch code and ensure those leads are attended.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to banking and financial services. Analyse market insights and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats to the business.

•  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all interactions and partnerships with banking entities. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with partnership activities.

• Prepare regular reports and performance metrics related to partnership activities, client servicing, and business development initiatives. Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting officer.
