Role and Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
For Freshers- Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, etc.) with excellent communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willin
For Experienced Candidates (Inside Sales)- 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to handle client objections and close
Language's : English and any Regional language preferred
Shift timing : 11:30am to 8:30pm
Working days : Tuesday to Sunday(Monday is an Fixed off)
