We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecalling Executives to handle outbound/inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, complaints, or sales-related concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve queries, complaints, or provide information.
Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve performance and customer experience.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per requirement].
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
