📌 Role Overview
As a Telecaller (Relationship Executive), you will be responsible for connecting with students, parents, donors, and community stakeholders to spread awareness about TMF’s initiatives such as scholarships, education programs, and social welfare campaigns. You will build meaningful relationships, provide accurate information, and support the Foundation’s mission by ensuring effective communication and follow-ups—all while working remotely.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Engagement
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and community members to explain TMF’s scholarship and development programs.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate program details.
Follow up with beneficiaries and donors to ensure ongoing engagement.
Relationship Management
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and donors.
Provide guidance and support to beneficiaries during the application and selection process.
Coordinate with TMF’s program and outreach teams for smooth execution.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and feedback in TMF’s system.
Share daily/weekly reports on outreach, responses, and follow-ups.
Highlight key insights to improve program reach and impact.
Target Achievement
Meet assigned daily/weekly calling and awareness targets.
Ensure adherence to TMF’s communication guidelines and ethical standards.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
Positive attitude with ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Desired:
Experience in NGO/CSR roles, telecalling, or community outreach.
Prior involvement in education, social welfare, or scholarship awareness campaigns.
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections professionally.
