Location: noida sector 63 B block B79 VDS building ground floor office no G5 near by metro station sector 62 exit gate no 2
Office timing -: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Salary -: 18k to 24k + incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Insurance Advisors.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, supporting team members, and ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Insurance Advisors.
Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Assist advisors in closing sales and handling client queries.
Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors when required.
Track daily activities, reports, and performance of the team.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance or sales.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Ability to achieve team sales targets.
