Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to international students and prospects. • Explain educational programs, courses, and benefits offered by the company.
• Guide students about course details, career opportunities, and enrollment process. • Identify potential leads and convert them into admissions.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and support teams for smooth onboarding of students. Required Skills: • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in interacting with international students/clients.
• Strong sales and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close enrollments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
