Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling white-collar hiring
Plan and execute recruitment strategies as per client and business requirements
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Assign targets to team members and ensure timely closure of positions
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
