Bpo Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead a team of loan product sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of loan products, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role involves driving business through team performance, market penetration, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of loan sales executives (DSAs/field sales/offline or digital team)

• Drive sales of loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team

• Guide the team on lead generation, client pitching, documentation, and closing

• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews

• Train and mentor new team members

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with credit, operations, and customer service teams for smooth disbursal

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

• 3–6 years of experience in loan sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role

• Strong knowledge of loan products and financial markets

• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and customer-focused approach

• Ability to manage and motivate a team
