Job Summary

We are hiring an Outbound Team Leader to manage and lead the outbound calling team. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring targets are achieved effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outbound calling team

• Monitor daily targets and team productivity

• Train and motivate team members

• Maintain calling quality and process compliance

• Handle team escalations and provide support

• Prepare daily performance reports

• Coordinate with management for process improvements

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound process/team handling

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge

• Good problem-solving and team management skills
