Team Leader

Jaagruk Bharat is hiring a Team Leader with BPO industry experience and a startup-driven mindset to manage support and sales operations. The candidate will handle team management, lead handling, calling, chat support processes, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Manage support and sales team operations
Handle new leads, calls, and chat processes
Monitor team productivity and target achievement
Ensure timely customer follow-ups and issue resolution
Maintain daily reports and operational coordination
Train and guide team members for better performance

Requirements:

1–3 years of BPO/team handling experience
Good communication and leadership skills
Experience in customer support and sales processes
Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Must have own PC/Laptop and stable internet connection for remote working
