Customer Acquisition: Proactively acquire new Current and Savings accounts through field visits, cold calling, and corporate visits within a designated area.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for account opening, initial funding, and activation (UPI, Mobile/Net Banking).
Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with customers to generate referrals and increase the bank's liability book.
Compliance & KYC: Ensure strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and internal guidelines for account opening.
