JD for Sales executive Role
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement annual sales strategy and revenue plans
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks across regions
Identify new markets, industrial segments, and bulk buyers
Handle key accounts and high-value client negotiations
Monitor sales performance and drive corrective action plans
Coordinate with production, finance, and dispatch teams
Oversee pricing strategy and margin management
Monitor receivables and ensure healthy cash flow
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate with MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B / industrial product sales & marketing
Prior experience in wire, steel, hardware, construction, or manufacturing industry preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Experience:
