Core responsibilities
Sales and strategy: Develop and implement sales plans, set sales targets, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
Team leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet targets. Conduct regular staff and sales meetings.
Operations management: Oversee daily showroom operations, including sales, customer service, and maintenance, and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Customer service: Ensure an exceptional customer experience from greeting customers to resolving complaints.
Inventory and reporting: Monitor and manage inventory levels, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Market awareness: Maintain current knowledge of inventory, sales trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a showroom or automotive environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
