Product Demonstration: Conduct test rides, explain features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Sales Closure: Negotiate prices, finalize deals, and process bookings while adhering to showroom targets.
Documentation & Finance: Assist customers with loan documentation, registration, and insurance paperwork.
Lead Management: Handle in-bound/out-bound calls, follow up on leads, and manage customer data via CRM tools.
Customer Retention: Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
