Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Explain Neetsphere’s NEET counselling services clearly and confidently
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into customers
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable counselling packages
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Follow up regularly with interested leads
