Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and email

  • Explain Neetsphere’s NEET counselling services clearly and confidently

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into customers

  • Build strong relationships with students and parents

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable counselling packages

  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics

  • Follow up regularly with interested leads
