Automobile Sales Executive

About Us:

We are a professional car detailing studio offering services such as interior & exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF, and vehicle restoration. We are looking for a motivated Sales cum Supervisor who can manage customer relations, drive sales, and supervise daily studio operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Handling:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle care requirements

• Explain detailing packages, pricing, and benefits clearly

• Upsell premium services such as ceramic coating, PPF, and maintenance plans

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with leads

• Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction

Supervision & Operations:

• Supervise detailing technicians and daily workflow

• Ensure work is completed as per company standards and timelines

• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality control

• Coordinate job scheduling and bay allocation

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain daily sales and job completion reports

• Coordinate with management on targets, inventory needs, and staff performance

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the studio

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car detailing, automotive sales, or workshop supervision preferred

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer skills (billing, CRM, WhatsApp, Excel)

• Ability to manage staff and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for cars and attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Knowledge of ceramic coatings, PPF, paint correction, and detailing products

• Ability to achieve sales targets and motivate team members

• Leadership and problem-solving skills
