Associate Busiess Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated, well-spoken, and detail-oriented individual who can manage sales and accounting tasks, while also representing our brand at trade expos and promotional events. The ideal candidate will be confident in customer interactions, skilled with design tools like Canva, and proficient in Excel for day-to-day reporting and analysis.

Sales & Customer Interaction

• Handle in-store and field sales to achieve monthly targets.

• Communicate effectively with customers and retail partners to build strong relationships.

• Assist walk-in customers, explain product features, and close sales.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer feedback.

Accounting & Operations

• Manage billing, daily sales records, and petty cash.

• Maintain purchase/sales registers and coordinate with vendors.

• Prepare and reconcile invoices, GST entries, and financial reports.

• Track and manage inventory along with stock reconciliation.

Brand Representation

• Represent the brand at local expos, sports events, and exhibitions.

• Assist with booth setup, branding materials, and event promotions.

• Ensure consistent and professional brand communication during all events.

Design & Reporting

• Create basic marketing creatives, posters, and event material using Canva.

• Use Excel for preparing sales reports, performance tracking, and data analysis.
