Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Associate Agency Development Manager to recruit, develop, and manage insurance agents while achieving business targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit quality insurance agents and build a strong agent network.

• Identify new sources for agent recruitment and generate referrals.

• Conduct career seminars and recruitment activities for prospective agents.

• Train and develop agents on product knowledge, prospecting, and sales techniques.

• Guide agents in setting goals, planning activities, and improving productivity.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

• Monitor agent performance, activation, and business growth.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Address customer queries and follow company sales practices.

• Coordinate with training teams to improve agent capabilities and performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum graduation in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 6 months in the current or last job.

• Experience in BFSI or a structured organization preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to meet business targets and manage agent networks.

• Candidates should demonstrate stability in previous employment.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
