Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage lead qualification, follow-ups, and deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and channel sales
Support proposal preparation, pricing, negotiations, and contracts
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution
Handle key accounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Required Skills
