Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Team Leader in managing daily operations, monitoring team performance, and ensuring targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and guiding the team.

• Monitor performance and share daily updates.

• Handle basic escalations and support floor operations.

• Help in training and mentoring new/junior team members.

• Ensure team follows process and quality guidelines.

• Act as backup in Team Leader's absence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

• Team player with problem-solving ability.
