Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to join our team Windshiled Store. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Handled a car glass retail store - Handling complete retail store operations - store sales and customer Services.

• Daily sales operations – Cash sales and Insurance claim process sales

• Doing insurance paperwork for insurance claim process

• Directed all activities required to achieve store sales, targets, goals.

• Proper process of inward & outward of stock.

• Ensure efficient handling of customers and maintain high service standards.

• Maintains a Database of Potential Customers and initiates regular follow-up.

• Responsible for Accounting, cash handling & Bank Deposits.

• Stock Reconciliation on a monthly basis.

• Mailing reports and data on a daily basis

• Monitoring performance to achieve targets set by the company.

• Billings, Inventory Management.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
