Eligibility & Selection CriteriaCategory RequirementsEducational Qualification Minimum Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA / PGDM preferred). Background in Finance, Banking, or Marketing will be an added advantage.Experience Minimum 3–5 years experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Products Sales (Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds, etc.).Age Limit Between 25 to 40 years. Relaxable for candidates with proven field experience.Communication Skills Strong verbal & written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese (preferred for NE Region).Computer Knowledge Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital banking tools.Personality Traits Dynamic, result-oriented, customer-focused, and leadership-driven personality.Other Requirements Must possess two-wheeler with valid driving license and smartphone for field operations.Selection Process - Application Screening

Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell banking & financial products such as:Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Vehicle LoansCredit Cards, Insurance, Investment ProductsLoan Against Property, MSME Finance, and Digital Banking Services.Develop monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement as per company goals.Conduct market research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.B. Team LeadershipSupervise and motivate the sales officers and customer executives in the assigned region.Conduct training sessions on banking product knowledge, customer handling, and compliance.Review team performance and provide regular feedback and development plans.C. Customer Relationship & ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and quick response.Handle escalations and ensure ethical sales practices aligned with company policy.Guide customers through loan application and documentation processes.D. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain detailed sales records, MIS reports, and performance tracking sheets.Coordinate with Head Office for product updates, promotional campaigns, and new policy rollouts.Participate in review meetings, marketing events, and client interaction programs.E. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with KYC norms, RBI guidelines, and company’s operational policies.Verify and validate all customer documents before submission to partner banks.Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.---3.
