Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell banking & financial products such as:Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Vehicle LoansCredit Cards, Insurance, Investment ProductsLoan Against Property, MSME Finance, and Digital Banking Services.Develop monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement as per company goals.Conduct market research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.B. Team LeadershipSupervise and motivate the sales officers and customer executives in the assigned region.Conduct training sessions on banking product knowledge, customer handling, and compliance.Review team performance and provide regular feedback and development plans.C. Customer Relationship & ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and quick response.Handle escalations and ensure ethical sales practices aligned with company policy.Guide customers through loan application and documentation processes.D. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain detailed sales records, MIS reports, and performance tracking sheets.Coordinate with Head Office for product updates, promotional campaigns, and new policy rollouts.Participate in review meetings, marketing events, and client interaction programs.E.
