Roles and Responsibilities:
Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads for our range of services
(Warehouse Leasing, Brokerage and 3PL)
Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, Invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
Ensure daily reporting as per the tools made available from time to time and timely and
accurate updating of account data in existing sales CRM systems
Retain and grow business from existing merchants through Renewals, Up-sell, Cross-sell, etc.
Understanding of unit economics, P&L for pricing will be required to ensure that margins as
per the company targets are maintained across all deals.
Work seamlessly with cross functional teams to ensure deal closures.
Managing commercial contracts and documentation with Client/warehouse owners.
Identify key business verticals for warehousing offering and possible business partners.
Devise strategies to identify demand gaps and execute a plan to fill the gap.
Identify high demand clusters for warehousing in a territory, execute the B2B customer acquisition
Manage PAN India sales to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle in the region.
Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term profit and market share.
Analyzing the seasonality-based requirement PAN India and matching supply accordingly
Understanding the Customer Requirement based upon volumes, nature of goods and duration of storage demand and ramping up supply of warehouses accordingly.
Handling Escalation from Customers & Warehouse owners with regards to storage, pilferage, breakage and other issues.
Coordinating with Supply/demand/customers and with operations team to ensure customer delight across the value chain.
Professional Attributes:
- Prior B2B sales/business development experience would be preferred
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
- CXO/ Senior Management Level engagement would be a plus
- Prior team handling experience (good to have, not mandatory)
- Strong excel skills and understanding of P&L
- Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Logistics Sales, Client Relationships
- Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job.
