1) Generate lead through cold callings, Indiamart, trade India, pet Pooja, Google, Industry specific marketing and sources

2) Sending regular quotation to customers.

3) Maintenance of data base of each and every customer along with its name, address, email, phone number, you will have to give this data if required to generate more similar leads.

4) Take reference from existing customers.

5) Sales of modern.

6) New clients/ distributors to be added.

7) Negative impact if a client leaves and goes

8) Office discipline and team management

9) Timely information of damages and losses in returns.
