Assistant Sales Manager

Identify and target potential customers through various lead generation activities.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.

Work closely with Relationship Managers, Advisors, and Branch Managers.

Provide training and mentoring to team members or insurance advisors when needed.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Identify new market segments and product opportunities.

Organize and participate in marketing or promotional activities like roadshows, seminars, and corporate tie-ups.

Ensure all sales activities comply with internal and external regulations.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
