Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through diamond jewelry purchases.
Achieve individual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Generate repeat business and referrals.
Handle client follow-ups and after-sales service.
Maintain VM standards and accurate customer records.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry retail sales.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/ERP is an added advantage.
