Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Site Sales Manager to join our client's luxury real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions at the project site and drive successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Present and explain project details, amenities, and pricing.
Conduct property showings and coordinate site visits.
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely sales closure.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall project revenue.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience .
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Presentable, confident, and target-driven.
Flexible to work on weekends (Week off between Monday–Thursday).
