Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role

Nilansh Group is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Hotel & Resort Marketing to lead marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth for our hospitality business. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about hospitality marketing, business development, strategic planning, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase hotel, resort, villa, banquet, and event bookings.

• Generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to maximize occupancy and revenue.

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong corporate, travel, and institutional partnerships.

• Lead client acquisition efforts and personally close high-value sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, event planners, corporates, wedding planners, and key business partners.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to formulate effective growth strategies.

• Coordinate with digital marketing, sales, operations, and reservation teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review.

• Represent Nilansh Group at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: MBA (Marketing), Postgraduate Degree, or Degree in Hotel Management (HM).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, or tourism marketing.

• Strong understanding of hospitality sales and marketing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to lead initiatives independently and deliver measurable business results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
