Assistant Manager

We are looking for a responsible and smart female office executive to join our team and handle day-to-day office operations related to billing, dispatch, and vendor coordination.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain sales bills, purchase bills, and GST invoices.

• Prepare challans and maintain records of daily dispatches.

• Maintain and follow up on daily order dispatch schedules.

• Communicate and place orders with vendors and suppliers as per requirements.

• Ensure all documents are filed and updated for audit and compliance.

• Handle basic office administration and support the team when needed.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
