Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead and drive our FMCG (Food) sales operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing primary and secondary sales, leading the sales team, expanding business operations, and achieving ambitious state-wise targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth
Manage primary & secondary sales efficiently to ensure seamless distribution and stock availability
Lead and mentor the state sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to expand business reach
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies
Ensure execution of assigned tasks aligned with business objectives
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an FMCG (Food) company
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive market expansion
Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
