Sales Manager_Loan Against Shares_0434_1288_1089113 Role-Area Sales Manager-LAS JD :-Role Overview The Area Sales Manager - Loan Against Securities (LAS) is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned geography through acquisition and management of LAS business. The role involves leading sales teams, developing sourcing channels, managing key stakeholder relationships, ensuring portfolio quality, and delivering business objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Key Responsibilities Achieve Area-level business, disbursement, portfolio growth, and ENR targets for LAS. Lead, manage, coach, and monitor Sales Managers and Direct Officers to drive business performance. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and development of SMs and D0s. Drive sourcing through Branch Banking, Wealth, Relationship Managers, and other internal channels. Develop and strengthen sourcing channels and stakeholder relationships across the assigned geography. Conduct joint customer meetings and sourcing calls with SMs and Wealth teams. Build strong relationships with Zonal Heads, State Heads, and Area Managers through periodic business reviews and action tracking. Ensure seamless coordination with Credit, Operations, Legal, and RCU for timely sanction and disbursement. Ensure portfolio quality, compliance, and risk management across the area. Monitor team productivity through scorecards and conduct regular performance reviews Share MIS, business updates, market intelligence, and key insights with senior management. Eligibility Criteria Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution. 6-10 years of experience in Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services. Prior experience in Loan Against Securities (LAS), Wealth Lending, or Retail Assets preferred. Proven track record in sales management, team handling, and area/business management. Experience in managing channel partnerships and stakeholder relationships. Key Skills Strong sales and business development skills. Relationship management and stakeholder management.
