Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic & Administrative Coordination
Coordinate daily school operations and schedules
Support teachers with planning and execution of curriculum
Monitor student attendance and academic progress
Ensure proper implementation of school policies
2. Student Counselling & Support
Provide basic counselling to students for academic, personal, and behavioral issues
Guide students in career choices and academic improvement
Identify students facing difficulties and offer support or refer to professionals if required
Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions
Help students manage stress, peer pressure, and school-related challenges
3. Parent Communication
Act as a bridge between parents and school management
Discuss student progress, concerns, and improvement plans
Handle parent queries and concerns professionally
4. Event & Activity Management
Organize school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities
Promote student participation and overall development
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain student records, counselling reports, and performance data
Prepare regular reports for management
