Our residential academy offers professional training in Football and Badminton, paired with academic excellence. We are guided by the values of Trust, Respect, and Affection, and we are looking for team members who embody these in their everyday work.
Role Overview:
The Admissions Counselor plays a vital role in helping families make one of the most important decisions for their children – choosing a home for their child’s sporting and academic future. You will be the key point of contact for families from the time a lead is qualified to final enrollment, building trusted relationships, answering queries with empathy, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Engage with prospective parents to understand their needs and motivations, and establish trust through open, respectful communication.
Inform & Guide: Provide clear and comprehensive information about the Academy’s sports programs, academics, boarding life, and fee structures.
Handle Concerns: Address parent concerns and objections patiently, offering reassurance and clarity.
Facilitate the Admission Process: Assist families with documentation, fee submissions, and onboarding formalities.
Follow-up & Nurture: Regularly follow up with leads through calls and messages to provide timely updates and move them toward decision-making.
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the campus, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain Records: Use CRM tools to update lead status, maintain records, and report regularly on conversions and common queries.
Live the BBFS Values: In every interaction, demonstrate Trust, Respect, and Affection — inspiring confidence and warmth in the admissions journey.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or client-facing roles (experience in education/sports is a plus).
Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to connect with parents from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfort with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
Deep alignment with the BBFS mission and a genuine passion for helping young athletes succeed.
