Admission Counsellor

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process at Muziclub. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, counselling students, and ensuring smooth onboarding and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries about courses.

Counsel students/parents and recommend suitable programs.

Follow up with leads to ensure admissions and meet targets.

Maintain admission records and prepare regular reports.

Coordinate demo classes, onboarding, and fee collection.

Build strong relationships to support student retention.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Marathi).

Prior experience in counselling/sales/education preferred.

Passion for music/arts/education is a plus.
