Location: Noida Sector 90, Bhutani Alphathum (Nearest Metro: Sector 137, Aqua Line)
Position: Admission Counselor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

Company is seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Admission Counselors to assist prospective students in making informed educational decisions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/software.
Achieve admission and conversion targets assigned by the management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions and lead status.
Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Basic computer knowledge.

Experienced Candidates (0–3 Years)

Experience in Admission Counseling, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or related roles preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
