📌 About the Job

Rachnovaai is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their career goals, explaining our IT courses, conducting follow-ups, scheduling free demo classes, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-ins.

- Counsel students regarding suitable IT courses and career opportunities.

- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, projects, and career benefits.

- Schedule Free Demo Classes for interested students.

- Follow up regularly with prospective students.

- Convert leads into successful admissions.

- Maintain proper records of enquiries and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with faculty for demo classes and student onboarding.

- Achieve monthly admission targets.

- Maintain a professional relationship with students and parents.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and positive personality.

- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Interest in sales, counseling, and education.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in admission counseling, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.

💰 Salary & Incentives

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
