Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Bhandup/Andheri
Department: Admissions / Sales
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Type: Full-Time
Timings: 10am to 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from students and parents via calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media.

• Counsel prospective students about courses, career paths, eligibility, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

• Maintain records of all student interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.

• Assist students in completing the admission process and required documentation.

• Coordinate with academic and operations departments for smooth onboarding of students.

• Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, and other promotional events if needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Convincing and persuasive abilities

• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM)

• Sales mindset with a target-oriented approach

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
