
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, fees, and placement opportunities
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media leads
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student needs and suggest suitable programs
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or registers
Coordinate with academic and training teams for batch allocation and onboarding
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and education fairs
Follow up with prospective students until closure
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and post-admission support
