Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about courses and career options
Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online leads)
Follow up with prospective students and maintain enquiry records
Create basic reels and online content for social media platforms
Work on Canva (basic level) for simple posts and creatives
Manage student data, leads, and records using computer systems
Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable appearing in reels/videos
Basic knowledge of Canva
Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets, data entry, email, WhatsApp)
Organised, proactive, and willing to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in education counselling / sales / customer interaction (preferred but not mandatory)
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
