Key Responsibilities
Handle admission inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Counsel parents on programs, curriculum, fees, and admission procedures.
Conduct school tours and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain lead and admission records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support admission drives, events, and parent engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Experience in the education or preschool sector is preferred.
