Objective:

Drive enrollment growth by managing high-level counselling, supporting junior counsellors, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality admission experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex or high-value student inquiries and provide expert-level counselling on programs, career pathways, and college offerings.

• Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring clarity on admission requirements, fee structures, scholarships, and important deadlines.

• Mentor and support junior counsellors by sharing best practices and assisting in difficult counselling cases.

• Analyze lead quality, track conversion performance, and recommend strategies for improving admissions.

• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align counselling efforts with campaigns and institutional goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Conversion rate of qualified leads to admissions

• Number of high-quality enrollments (e.g., based on program priority or academic performance)

• Quality of support provided to junior counsellors (measured via feedback or performance improvement)

• Compliance with admission procedures and documentation accuracy

• Contribution to strategic improvements in the counselling process
