● Handle incoming inquiries from students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
● Provide detailed counselling about various foreign language courses, batches, and learning outcomes.
● Convert potential leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
● Maintain and update student data and lead status in the CRM system.
● Schedule demo sessions and coordinate between students and trainers.
● Assist students in choosing the right language courses based on their career or study abroad goals.
● Manage daily follow-ups to ensure lead engagement and timely closures.
● Prepare and share professional admission-related emails with prospective students. ● Ensure excellent pre-admission and post-admission support to enhance the student experience.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize lead generation and promotional activities.
● Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as defined by management.
● Contribute ideas for process improvement and better student engagement.
