Job Title: Admission Counselor

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday off)

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails & walk-ins

Counsel students on language courses and batches

Convert leads into admissions through follow-ups

Maintain CRM data and schedule demo sessions

Provide pre- and post-admission support

Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

6 months–1 year experience in sales/counseling/admissions

Strong communication and closing skills

CRM & email handling knowledge

Graduate, target-driven, and self-motivated
