Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Counsellor to join our team at Dakshankan. The role focuses on expanding the student base, achieving admission targets, and ensuring exceptional student satisfaction. The position offers a competitive in-hand salary and significant opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new student acquisition opportunities through various platforms.

• Build strong, professional relationships with students and parents through regular communication.

• Promote our Digital Marketing, AI, and Automation programs while aligning offerings with student career goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams (training, marketing, operations) to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.

• Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant guidance to students.

• Maintain detailed follow-ups, manage CRM entries, and support admission conversion.

• Provide regular insights and feedback to the management team for improving student experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in student counselling (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to confidently guide students on career paths and program selection

• Strong interpersonal skills and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents

• Strong follow-up, closing, and customer-focused approach

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
