Designation: Senior Admission Counsellor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled admission counsellor , commitment to the institution's goals, and your focus on diversity and inclusivity, which are often important aspects of an admission counsellor's role. Key Responsibilities:
1. Counselling parents and students and informing them about various career options available in partner university.
2. Maintaining the records of conversations on provided CRM.
3. Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
4. Handling the end to end admission process and facilitating the entire enrollment process.
5. Resolving queries of students and their parents related to the course. University and admission process.

Candidate Profile:
1. Any graduate can apply
2. Experience: 1–3 years in academic counselling, campus-based roles, or education sales Programs
3. Exposure: Experience handling both UG and PG programs
4. Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada; knowledge of South Indian knowledge is an added advantage
5. Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
6. Personality: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and target-driven
