Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for building partnerships, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong network of customers and consultants.

  • Identify and service prospective customers to expand the sales pipeline.

  • Drive sales through organizing training sessions, providing sales materials, and offering constant support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or channel sales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

  • Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
