Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong network of customers and consultants.

• Identify and service prospective customers to expand the sales pipeline.

• Drive sales through organizing training sessions, providing sales materials, and offering constant support.

• Ensure consistent lead generation and conversion of marketing leads into sales.

• Monitor and analyse performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies.

• Address and resolve any issues faced by customers promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in real estate sales or channel sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
