The role offers 18k to 25k in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

• Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have Min 6 month to Max 2 years years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in . The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduation and availability to work 6 Days during the Day shift.
