We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in real estate sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and investors to showcase residential or commercial properties

• Conduct site visits and present project details effectively

• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into successful sales

• Provide clients with information on pricing, market trends, and legal requirements

• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and feedback

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related field

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Good knowledge of local property laws and real estate procedures
