Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and student-focused Female Admission Counsellor to join our team at Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, converting inquiries into admissions, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and admission processes

• Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic calls, and online leads

• Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling

• Follow up with prospective students to ensure closure

• Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for onboarding

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

• Participate in admission drives, events, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Experience in EdTech, coaching institute, or educational organization preferred

• Comfortable with targets and a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only

• Based in Dadar or nearby areas (Central / Western line preferred)

• Immediate or short notice period preferred

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
