About the Role
WHY TAP is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Career Counsellors with experience in education sales, academic counselling, or related domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to guide students and parents toward suitable career programs.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and professional courses
Provide detailed information about IT and professional training programs
Handle inbound and outbound leads through tele-counselling and direct interactions
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate courses
Maintain accurate records in CRM including lead management, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process
Maintain professional relationships with prospective students and parents
Eligibility Criteria
Any Bachelor’s Degree (BBA or relevant degree preferred)
1 to 5 years of experience in Education Counselling / Education Sales / Academic Advisory / Inside Sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and convincing abilities
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM handling
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: 2.5 – 4.5 LPA
